Do you offer AARP or Military (retiree) discounts?

Yes they do

Is parking included in room rate or is it extra?

It is NOT included in the price. Maybe it was at some point, but not anymore. It is valet parking only and it's $35/night.

What all cost extra at this hotel?

Parking is the only added cost I know of.

How much sun does the pool area get - all day? We are going early May.

It gets a good amount of sunlight. I would say at least 1/2 the day.

On your website it states there is a 2-room 2 queen beds suite--I would like to know if it's actually 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each? Thank you.

Not 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, a separate living room area with pull out bed.

Is the pool heaed?

The pool is outside and is NOT heated. However, there is a small hot tub.
